Welcome to UNFAIR. These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern your access to and use of the UNFAIR mobile application (hereinafter "the App", "the Service").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Legal Information

2. Description of the Service
UNFAIR is a mobile application that offers the following services:
- Profile Analysis: Analysis of dating app profile screenshots with improvement recommendations.
- Photo Enhancement: Generation of optimized photos from your existing photos using artificial intelligence.
- Rizz Assistant: Suggestions for messages and replies for your dating app conversations.
These services use artificial intelligence technologies to generate personalized content.
UNFAIR is not a dating service and is not affiliated with any third-party dating applications (Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, etc.).
3. Access to the Service
3.1 Age Requirements
The App is restricted to individuals aged 16 and older. By using the App, you certify that you meet the minimum age requirement.
Age verification is performed by the distribution platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) in accordance with their policies.
3.2 Account Creation
To use the App, you must create an account via:
- Sign in with Apple
- Sign in with Google
- Email registration
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities performed under your account.
3.3 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate information upon registration and to keep it up to date.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
4.1 Subscription Offers
The App offers paid subscriptions with different plans:
- Weekly subscription
- Yearly subscription
Some offers may include a 3-day free trial. At the end of this period, the subscription will automatically renew at the indicated price unless canceled by you.
Prices are displayed within the App and may vary by country and local currency.
4.2 Payment and Renewal
Payments are handled exclusively through:
- Apple App Store (for iOS)
- Google Play Store (for Android)
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Payment is charged to your Apple/Google account upon confirmation of purchase. Renewal may be billed within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, per the platform's rules.
If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period may be forfeited when purchasing a paid subscription (per Apple/Google rules).
4.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
On iOS (Apple):
- Open iPhone Settings
- Tap your name at the top
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Choose the UNFAIR subscription
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
On Android (Google Play):
- Open Google Play Store
- Tap the profile icon
- Select "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions"
- Choose the UNFAIR subscription
- Tap "Cancel subscription"
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then.
4.4 Refunds
For purchases made on iOS (Apple):
As iOS subscriptions are purchased through the App Store, we cannot process refunds directly. Refunds are managed exclusively by Apple.
To request a refund from Apple:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select "Request a refund" from the dropdown menu
- Choose the reason (e.g., "I did not intend to renew the subscription")
- Select the UNFAIR purchase and follow the instructions
Apple generally accepts refund requests made shortly after the charge.
For purchases made on Android (Google Play):
We can process refunds directly for Android purchases. Contact us at contactappsgc@gmail.com with:
- Your UNFAIR account email address
- Your User ID (available in App settings)
- Date of purchase
- Reason for your request
We will process your request as soon as possible.
Important — Verify Subscription Cancellation:
To prevent future charges, ensure your subscription is properly canceled:
- iPhone: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions → UNFAIR should show as "Expired" or "Canceled".
- Android: Google Play Store > Profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions → UNFAIR should be canceled.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 User Commitments
By using the App, you agree to:
- Use the Service in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.
- Not use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
- Not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service.
- Respect intellectual property rights.
5.2 Use of AI-Generated Content
IMPORTANT WARNING:
AI-generated photos and content are intended to enhance your profile presentation authentically.
You agree to:
- Not use generated content to deceive, manipulate, or mislead others abusively.
- Not create a false identity or impersonate others.
- Remain generally faithful to your real appearance: enhanced photos must recognizably represent you.
- Take full responsibility for the use of generated content.
The App's goal is to help you present your best self, not to create a false representation that would constitute deception toward the people you meet.
5.3 Prohibited Content
It is strictly prohibited to upload or generate:
- Explicit sexual or pornographic content.
- Violent, hateful, or discriminatory content.
- Content involving minors.
- Content infringing third-party rights (copyright, image rights).
- Illegal content or content encouraging illegal activities.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account violating these rules without notice or refund.
6. Third-Party Screenshots
6.1 User Responsibility
When uploading screenshots of conversations or profiles of other people (your "matches"), you acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for the content you upload.
- This content is used only to provide you with personalized suggestions.
- This content is automatically deleted from our servers within one hour.
6.2 Respect for Others' Privacy
You agree to:
- Not publicly share information about others.
- Not use the Service for harassment purposes.
- Respect the privacy of the individuals whose content you upload.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 UNFAIR's Rights
The App, its design, features, source code, and all components are the exclusive property of GAUTIER COLASSE and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 Generated Content
AI-generated content from your photos belongs to you for personal use. You grant us a limited license to process this content to provide the Service.
7.3 Your Content
You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload. By submitting them, you authorize us to process them to provide the Service.
You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions for the content you upload (specifically copyrights and image rights) and agree not to upload content that infringes third-party rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Provided "As Is"
The App and its services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8.2 AI Results
AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee:
- That generated photos will be perfect or meet your expectations.
- That message suggestions will lead to specific results.
- The accuracy or relevance of profile analyses.
8.3 Exclusion of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of data stored locally on your device.
- Consequences of using generated content (especially in your relations with others).
- Service interruptions or technical bugs.
8.4 Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for any cause shall be limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.
9. Platform Specific Terms (Apple / Google)
9.1 iOS (Apple)
- Purchases, trials, refunds, and subscription management are subject to App Store terms.
- Unless otherwise stated by Apple, the Apple Standard EULA may apply: Apple Standard EULA.
9.2 Android (Google Play)
- Purchases, trials, refunds, and subscription management are subject to Google Play terms.
10. Modifications to Service and Terms
10.1 Service Evolution
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
10.2 Modification of Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Substantial changes will be notified via the App or email. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by User
You can terminate your account at any time within the App settings. Termination results in:
- Deletion of your account and server-side data.
- Loss of access to the Service.
- No prorated refund for subscription cancellation.
11.2 Termination by UNFAIR
We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in case of:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Fraudulent or abusive use of the Service.
- Non-payment.
- Harmful behavior toward other users or the Service.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute, please contact us first at contactappsgc@gmail.com to attempt an amicable resolution.
In accordance with consumer law regarding amicable dispute resolution, you may use a mediation service. A consumer mediator will be appointed and their details will be published here once selected.
Failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
