When you create an account, we collect:

Your login identifier (Apple ID or Google account, if you choose these sign-in methods)

We do not collect your name, age, gender, sexual orientation, or geographical location.

1.2 Content You Provide

When using our services, you may upload:

Personal photos
Screenshots of dating app profiles
Screenshots of conversations

Important regarding storage:

This content is temporarily transmitted to our servers solely for processing by our artificial intelligence services.
It is automatically deleted from our servers within one (1) hour after processing.
Generated results (enhanced photos, message suggestions, analyses) are then stored exclusively on your device (local storage).

1.3 Usage Data

We may collect technical information such as:

Bug and error reports (via Sentry)
Device type and operating system
Anonymous identifiers for diagnostic purposes

1.4 Payment Data

Transactions are handled exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not have access to your payment information (card number, etc.). Only confirmation of your subscription status is transmitted to us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Create and manage your user account
Provide our profile analysis and enhancement services
Generate photos and message suggestions via artificial intelligence
Improve and optimize the App
Provide technical support
Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

Where GDPR applies, we process your data based on the following legal grounds:

Performance of a contract (Article 6.1.b): account creation, provision of features (analysis, generation, suggestions).
Consent (Article 6.1.a): when you choose to upload content for processing.
Legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f): security, fraud prevention, technical improvement, and stability (e.g., error logs).

4. Third-Party Services and AI

4.1 AI Services Used

To provide our services, we use the following AI technologies:

Replicate (image processing)
OpenAI (text analysis)
Google Gemini (image generation and analysis)

When you use our features, your content is securely transmitted to these services for processing. These transmissions are governed by the respective providers' privacy policies.

4.2 No AI Model Training

Your data is NOT used to train artificial intelligence models. It is used solely to provide the results you request and is then deleted.

4.3 Other Third-Party Services

Supabase: Infrastructure hosting (servers located in France)
Sentry: Technical error and bug monitoring
Apple / Google: Authentication and payment management

We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

Your information may be shared only:

With our technical providers (mentioned above) for the strict purpose of providing the services.
If required by law (legal process, legal obligation).
To protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.

6. Data Storage and Security

6.1 Data Location

Our servers are hosted in France via Supabase, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

6.2 Retention Period

Photos and screenshots: Automatically deleted from our servers within one hour of processing.
Account data: Retained as long as your account is active.
Local data (history, generated content, etc.): Stored on your device, under your control. You can delete it within the app or by uninstalling the app.

6.3 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
Automatic deletion of content after processing
Restricted data access for our team

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

Right of access: Obtain a copy of your personal data.
Right to rectification: Correct inaccurate data.
Right to erasure: Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
Right to portability: Receive your data in a structured format.
Right to object: Object to the processing of your data.
Right to restriction: Limit the processing of your data.

Complaints

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, such as the CNIL in France.

8. Third-Party Content in Screenshots

When you upload screenshots of conversations or profiles, they may contain information about third parties (your "matches").

By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for the content you upload.
This data is processed only to provide you with personalized suggestions.
It is automatically deleted from our servers within one hour.
We do not store, analyze, or share this data for other purposes.

9. Protection of Minors

The App is intended for users aged 16 and over. Age verification is handled by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play).

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately at contactappsgc@gmail.com.

10. International Transfers

While our main servers are in France, some providers (OpenAI, Replicate, Google) may process data in the US or other countries. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses).
