What is UNFAIR?

UNFAIR is an AI-powered dating coach that helps you improve your dating profile and conversations. Our app uses advanced artificial intelligence to:

  • Analyze your dating profile and provide personalized improvement suggestions
  • Enhance your photos with AI-powered editing and generation
  • Suggest conversation starters based on your match's profile

How do I create an account?

  1. Download UNFAIR from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Open the app and tap "Get Started"
  3. Sign in with your Apple ID or Google account
  4. Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  5. You're ready to go!

What devices are supported?

UNFAIR is available on:

  • iOS: iPhone running iOS 15.0 or later
  • Android: Devices running Android 8.0 (API level 26) or later

Features

Profile Analysis

Upload screenshots of your dating profile to receive personalized feedback on:

  • Photo quality and selection
  • Bio effectiveness
  • Overall profile appeal
  • Specific improvement suggestions

How to use:

  1. Go to the "Profile" section
  2. Tap "Analyze Profile"
  3. Upload screenshots of your dating profile
  4. Wait for the AI analysis (usually under 30 seconds)
  5. Review your personalized recommendations

Photo Enhancement

Transform your photos with our AI technology:

  • Improve lighting and colors
  • Generate professional-quality profile pictures
  • Create different styles and backgrounds

How to use:

  1. Navigate to "Photo Lab"
  2. Select or take a photo
  3. Choose an enhancement style
  4. Preview and save the result

Conversation Assistant (Rizz Chat)

Get help with your dating conversations:

  • Upload a screenshot of your match's profile
  • Receive tailored conversation starters
  • Get real-time reply suggestions

How to use:

  1. Open "Rizz Chat"
  2. Upload a screenshot of your match's profile or conversation
  3. Describe the context if needed
  4. Receive AI-generated suggestions
  5. Copy and use the ones you like best

Subscription & Credits

How does the subscription work?

UNFAIR offers a subscription model that gives you access to all features:

  • Weekly subscription: Unlimited access for 7 days
  • Monthly subscription: Unlimited access for 30 days
  • Annual subscription: Best value with unlimited access for 1 year

How do I manage my subscription?

On iOS:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select UNFAIR to manage or cancel

On Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions"
  4. Select UNFAIR to manage or cancel

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) according to their respective policies. Contact their support for refund requests:

Privacy & Security

Is my data safe?

Yes! Your privacy is our priority:

  • Photos and screenshots are automatically deleted within 1 hour after processing
  • Generated content is stored only on your device
  • We never share your data with third parties for advertising
  • Your data is NOT used to train AI models

How do I delete my account?

  1. Open UNFAIR
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
  3. Scroll down to "Account"
  4. Tap "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm your choice

All your data will be permanently deleted.

What data do you collect?

We collect minimal data:

  • Email address (for account)
  • Anonymous usage analytics (for improving the app)
  • Content you upload (deleted after processing)

Troubleshooting

The app is not working properly

Try these steps:

  1. Close and reopen the app
  2. Check your internet connection – The app requires an active connection
  3. Update the app – Make sure you have the latest version
  4. Restart your device
  5. Reinstall the app – Uninstall and download again from the store

Photos won't upload

  • Check your internet connection
  • Make sure the photo is not too large (under 10MB)
  • Grant the app permission to access your photos
  • Try using a different photo format (JPEG or PNG recommended)

AI processing takes time

Photo generation typically takes 40 to 60 seconds per image. This is normal – our AI creates high-quality results that require processing time.

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection
  • Wait for the process to complete without closing the app

I'm not receiving results

  • Check your internet connection
  • Wait for the process to complete (40-60 seconds per image)
  • If the issue persists, contact support
